The release of ‘Mandy’ began an incredible journey, 37 years ago today, which has made the talents and persona of this dynamic, musician, arranger, performer… an icon in the music industry… the “performer of our generation”.
I didn’t appreciate the “music of Manilow” back then, but I’m happy and grateful I do now!
Cheers Barry for many more years doing what you do so impeccably well! May your phenomenal music be awarded with dozens more “number one on the charts” as new generations come to know, what millions of us know already…. no one deserves it more as no one in the industry comes close to your talent!
